The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior, invites civil defence professionals, policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to Tallinn for two days of high-level discussions, practical workshops, and cross-sector collaboration.
The program will cover strategic developments, lessons learned from the war in Ukraine, and the use of AI and data in crisis response, as well as legal, psychological, and behavioural aspects of preparedness. Highlights include keynote speeches by the Estonian Minister of the Interior, Hans Das (DG ECHO), and Major General Indrek Sirel, along with expert insights from Ukraine. Panel discussions and practical workshops will round off the event.
