The University of Innsbruck, Faculty of Geo- and Atmospheric Sciences is searching for a professor of Physical Geography to represent the field of “Physical Geography” both in research and teaching. The person to be appointed is expected to become actively involved in the university’s research area “Mountain Regions” and the research center “Global Change – Regional Sustainability” as well as the relevant Innsbruck doctoral colleges.
A PhD degree in Austria or the equivalent abroad, pertinent to the position in Physical Geography, preferably geomorphology, is required, as well as relevant experience, and others.
