The webinar, organized by UNDP and UNDRR, will address the challenge faced by local governments in accessing financing for urban resilience. It aims to help cities diversify funding sources and implement resilience initiatives effectively. This initiative aligns with the Political Declaration of the Midterm Review of the Sendai Framework and is part of MCR2030 (Make Cities Resilient), a global partnership involving 30 national governments and 1,660 local governments dedicated to enhancing disaster and climate resilience.
