 ence. It aims to help cities diversify funding sources and implement resil
 ience initiatives effectively. This initiative aligns with the Political D
 eclaration of the Midterm Review of the Sendai Framework and is part of MC
 R2030 (Make Cities Resilient)\, a global partnership involving 30 national
  governments and 1\,660 local governments dedicated to enhancing disaster
