SLE TRAINING is a training programme for professionals in international cooperation. Hardly any other field is as diverse and complex. Working in international cooperation requires commitment, sound and up-to-date knowledge and the ability to advise and work closely with people and organisations to bring about change. Participants come from all parts of the world. This unique mix of different backgrounds and professions allows for a transdisciplinary exchange of experiences in an intercultural learning environment. The overall aim of the training is to enable you to act in a solution-oriented way in often uncertain, volatile, unpredictable and complex situations. To achieve this, practical methods with real-life applications are provided and experiential learning is encouraged.
