Tomorrow, 12 October 2023, the first pre-event of the next Disaster Risk Reduction Conference will take place from 11-12! The online event will present the “Global Dialogue Platform” for anticipatory disaster management in different European contexts. The platform is intended to show how damage forecasts can be used to initiate measures immediately before the situation arises. The pre-event is organised by the German Red Cross together with the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance.
