On August 8, 2023, the DKKV welcomed the BSKI to its office in Bonn.
The “Bundesverband für den Schutz Kritischer Infrastrukturen e.V.” (Association for the Protection of Critical Infrastructure BSKI) has the task of reducing security risks for critical infrastructures and their suppliers by offering protection concepts, research projects, training programmes and dialogues with science and politics. It also cooperates with industry experts and authorities.
BSKI board members Jani Nakos and Rolf Ramacher talked with Benni Thiebes, Ronja Winkhardt-Enz and Nadja Festor from the DKKV office about important topics such as critical infrastructure, the 2021 flood disaster and precautionary measures by civil society. Furthermore, various cooperation possibilities and joint activities were discussed.
