The DKKV introduced itself to the new students of the international Joint Master’s Programme “Geography of Environmental Risks and Human Security”, which is jointly organized by the Department of Geography at the University of Bonn (GIUB) and the United Nations University Institute for Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS). During the introductory session, the students received insights into the work and key areas of focus of the DKKV.
Following the presentation, the Serious Game on disaster risk reduction was played, which sparked great interest and enthusiasm among the students.
In a subsequent discussion, various aspects of risk culture in Germany and more topics were addressed.
