The BBK (Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance) has published four new announcements relating to various areas of civil protection:

  1. protective measures for patient groups in CBRN hazard areas: this research aims to develop protective strategies for particularly vulnerable patient groups.
  2. combating disinformation: This involves measures to recognise and prevent misinformation in times of crisis.
  3. simulation concept for patient care: A concept will be developed to simulate patient care in emergency situations.
  4. social-psychological aspects in civil defence situations: investigation of the psychological effects of disasters on the population.

These announcements offer interested institutions the opportunity to apply for funding for projects that contribute to the improvement of civil defence.
