On September 25 and 26 this year, the 14th Extreme Weather Congress (EWK) will take place in Hamburg. The EWK is the leading interdisciplinary symposium for extreme weather in climate change in Germany and, as a dialog event between science and the public, makes an important contribution to active climate communication. This year, the congress will be supplemented by the first German Climate Management Conference (KMT), which will take place on September 26 and 27, 2024. The aim of this addition is the interdisciplinary combination of knowledge and implementation. The target is to accelerate implementation on the basis of existing knowledge through networking.
The Extreme Weather Congress begins on September 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and can be joined either in person or via livestream.
