On 15 October 2024, the Brandenburg Society for Culture and History invites you to the “Municipalities Save the Climate” conference in Potsdam. This important event is aimed at experts and decision-makers who are dealing with the challenges and opportunities of municipal climate protection.
The diverse programme offers a series of presentations and discussion panels focusing on concrete measures and strategies for sustainable urban development. Topics such as energy efficiency, sustainable mobility and climate adaptation in cities will take centre stage. The aim of the conference is to promote the exchange of experience between municipalities and to develop practical solutions for climate protection. The focus will be on the consequences of climate change and risk management. The DKKV will be represented by Dr Benni Thiebes and Ronja Winkhardt-Enz. Both will give a presentation on the topic of ‘How to manage the disaster’.
The event will take place at the Brandenburg Society for Culture and History.
