After leading the German Climate Consortium for 12 years and enriching it in many ways, Marie-Luise Beck is now leaving the DKK. Her successor is Prof Dr Tilman Santarius, a social scientist by training and head of the Social-Ecological Transformation department at TU Berlin from 2016 to 2024. His research has so far focused on the five transformation topics of climate policy, digitalisation, global justice, sustainable business and trade & agriculture.
