Just over three weeks to go until the application period for this year’s DKKV Promotional Award ends!
Since 2018, the DKKV has been awarding the “DKKV Promotional Prize” annually to honor current research work and best practice examples related to disaster risk reduction and disaster risk management.
The prize is aimed at German and English-language Bachelor’s and Master’s theses and is awarded to both the best Bachelor’s thesis and the best Master’s thesis. These are awarded with prize money of €500 (Bachelor) and €1,000 (Master) as well as a two-year membership as a Young Professional in the DKKV.
Shout-out to all Bachelor graduates: we are especially looking forward to your applications, as there have not yet been many submissions in the Bachelor thesis category. So the competition is still limited!
