How are climate, weather and extreme weather connected? Storms are particularly severe in summer, sometimes with catastrophic consequences. Extreme weather events can now occur anywhere and have very different effects. But what can we do about these risks and how can we adapt to these events? With examples and explanations from meteorologist Özden Terli’s day-to-day work, we will shed light on this connection between weather and climate next week.
