Crises and emergencies can present organizations with major challenges. The specialized EUMA workshop is aimed at disaster and emergency management professionals who want to develop their business continuity management (BCM) skills. The aim is to develop strategies to maintain essential business processes even in crisis situations.
The practice-oriented program combines specialist presentations with interactive learning units. Participants will gain valuable insights into central BCM concepts, learn proven methods for implementation in organizations and projects and find out how BCM can be effectively integrated into a company’s overall strategy.
The workshop will take place at the DCU Business School in Dublin on April 10 and 11, 2025.
