On December 5th and 6th, 2024, the Implementation Advisory Board of the National Resilience Platform met at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community (BMI) in Berlin. 17 representatives from the federal government, municipalities, academia, business, civil society, and media discussed future cooperation in light of the upcoming federal elections in February 2025. The Board identified the elections as an opportunity to introduce new ideas for resilience development and plans to draft a joint statement with actionable recommendations by March 2025, outlining priorities for strengthening national resilience for the new government.
