Urban densification, new mobility concepts and demographic change pose new challenges for emergency services. With your support, we would like to find out how technical and organisational innovations can meet these challenges. For this reason, we would like to invite you to take part in a survey in which we would like to analyse the effects of urban change on the operational capability of emergency services.
Aims of the survey:
- What challenges do urban densification and new mobility concepts pose for emergency services?
- What measures are required to ensure operational capability even under new conditions?
- How can technological and procedural innovations improve civil protection in the future?
