As part of the WEXICOM IV research project, which is being carried out by the Hans Ertel Centre for Weather Research (HErZ), studies are to be conducted on the perception of and reaction to weather warnings following extreme weather events. The Crisis and Disaster Research Centre Berlin is currently inviting people to take part in a pilot study, the results of which should help to improve the quality of the questions for the main surveys from the beginning of 2025. Participation takes about 10 minutes. The main surveys will later be conducted by a survey institute.
