The Foundation Environment and Loss Prevention of SV SparkassenVersicherung Gebäudeversicherung AG Stuttgart invites you to the Symposium 2024 under the topic ‘Extreme Weather – New Dynamics, Multiple Risks and Societal Resilience’ on 24 and 25 October 2024 at SV Sparkassenversicherung Gebäudeversicherung AG in Stuttgart. The aim is to discuss current research findings and practical approaches to minimising risk and strengthening social resilience in the context of increasing extreme weather events. In addition to presentations and discussions, an evening programme will provide space for exchange. Participants are guests of the Foundation during the symposium. There are no conference costs. Travelling costs to and from the conference venue and accommodation costs are to be borne by the participants themselves. A room contingent in a Motel-One with discounts near the conference venue has been arranged. Young scientists can receive financial support for poster contributions.
