DESCRIPTION:The webinar will take place on Thursday 23 November at 11am vi
 a Zoom. The speakers from the Italian Red Cross and CIMA Research Foundati
 on will talk about the exchange of best practices in the development of an
  Impact-Based Forecast (IBF) system and how such a system can be establish
 ed in Early Warning to Early Action strategies in humanitarian operations.
 The webinar is part of the EU-funded COVALEX project. The aim of the netwo
 rk project is to pool and utilise experience\, different geographical loca
 tions and networks and to promote prevention\, preparation and testing pro
 cesses.
