DESCRIPTION:The UNDRR Disaster Resilience Scorecard for Cities\, with its 
 "Ten Essentials for Making Cities Resilient\," helps cities understand the
 ir DRR strengths and weaknesses to strengthen resilience strategies.\n\nTh
 e online training session on 6 September aims to introduce the Scorecard A
 ction Guide and present a methodology for cities to frame and prioritise t
 heir programmes of action using data from the Scorecard assessment. It wil
 l consist of an Introduction and how to create a prioritized action plan\,
  how to establish a multi-year plan and how to balance local needs. Peter 
 Williams\, Ph.D. (Chair\, ARISE-US\, IBM Distinguished Engineer (Retd)) an
 d Benjamin Ryan\, Ph.D.\, MPH\, REHS  (Professor\, Thomas F. Frist Jr. Co
