“Same same but different? – Anticipatory Action from Interntional Practice to National Application in European Civil Protection Mechanisms.” The pre-event at the Global Dialogue Platform presents the first steps of anticipatory disaster management in different contexts in Europe. It shows how disaster forecasts can be used to take action immediately before an event occurs.
