 ty of Bonn has launched Daring Cities 2023 with the theme: A just and equi
 table climate emergency response.\n\nAs part of this year's Daring Cities\
 , ICLEI Southeast Asia will host a one-hour virtual forum session to be co
 nducten on August 22\, 2023 (2:00 pm GMT+7\, 9:00 am in Berlin). The sessi
 on will tackle stakeholder-driven adaptation and resilience initiatives be
 ing done by local governments around Southeast Asia. It seeks to highlight
  the importance of a bottom-up approach as an effective way of building re
