 ion“ statt\, organisiert von der Wageningen University &amp\; Research C
 enter.\nIm Mittelpunkt steht die Frage\, wie Frühwarnungen effektiver in 
 konkrete Vorsorgemaßnahmen umgesetzt werden können. Obwohl Vorhersagen z
 u Wetter- und Klimarisiken zunehmend präziser werden\, bleibt es eine zen
 trale Herausforderung\, Warnungen rechtzeitig und verständlich an die bet
 roffenen Bevölkerungsgruppen zu kommunizieren und daraus wirksame Maßnah
 men abzuleiten.\nDas Seminar bringt Forschung\, Politik und Praxis zusamme
 n und diskutiert\, welche Voraussetzungen notwendig sind\, um den Übergan
 g von Frühwarnung zu frühzeitigem Handeln zu stärken. Neben Keynote-Vor
 trägen von Expertinnen und Experten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis wird eine

 re effectively into concrete preparedness and response measures. Although 
 forecasts of weather and climate-related hazards are becoming increasingly
  accurate\, a key challenge remains: ensuring that warnings are communicat
 ed in a timely and understandable way to affected populations and that the
 y lead to effective action.\nThe event will bring together experts from re
 search\, policy\, and practice to discuss the conditions needed to strengt
 hen the transition from early warning to early action. In addition to keyn
 ote presentations by experts from academia and practice\, a panel discussi
