 umanitäre Hilfe (ECHO). Die Veranstaltung ist als zentrales Treffen der e
 uropäischen Katastrophenschutzgemeinschaft konzipiert und bringt Akteur:i
 nnen aus Politik\, Praxis\, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft zusammen\, 
 um aktuelle Herausforderungen und zukünftige Entwicklungen im Katastrophe
 nmanagement zu diskutieren.\n\nInhaltlich knüpft das Forum an die vorheri
 gen Ausgaben an. Dieses zeigten deutlich\, dass Europa mit einer zunehmend
  komplexen und sich wandelnden Risikolandschaft konfrontiert ist\, die von
  Klimawandel\, Naturkatastrophen\, Pandemien bis hin zu geopolitischen Kri
 sen reicht. Vor diesem Hintergrund dient das Forum als Plattform für Wiss
 ensaustausch\, Vernetzung und gemeinsame Reflexion\, um Lehren aus vergang
 enen Ereignissen zu ziehen und Ansätze für eine effektivere Prävention\

 The 9th European Civil Protection Forum will take place in Brussels from 3
 rd to 4th November\, organised by the Directorate-General for European Civ
 il Protection and Humanitarian Aid (ECHO). The event is designed as a key 
 gathering for the European civil protection community and brings together 
 stakeholders from politics\, the field\, academia and civil society to dis
 cuss current challenges and future developments in disaster management.\n\
 nIn terms of content\, the forum builds on previous editions. These clearl
 y demonstrated that Europe is facing an increasingly complex and changing 
 risk landscape\, ranging from climate change\, natural disasters and pande
 mics to geopolitical crises. Against this backdrop\, the Forum serves as a
  platform for knowledge exchange\, networking and joint reflection\, with 
 the aim of learning from past events and developing approaches for more ef
 fective prevention\, preparedness and response.\n\nFurther information on
