DESCRIPTION:The Union Civil Protection Knowledge Network organises its annu
 al seminar on November 21\, 2023 in Brussels on the topic:\n\n"A Roadmap t
 o Disaster Resilience".\n\nThe 7th annual seminar aims at moving beyond al
 arming statements on disasters severity\, climate extremes and the future 
 disaster scenarios and instead shifting attention to action and knowledge 
 that can help pushing the EU resilience agenda\, including the Union disas
 ter resilience goals. The aim of the annual seminar is to look into how to
  be better prepared to face the changing risk landscape and increase resil
 ience at local\, national and EU levels\, through disaster risk management
  governance\, research\, innovation and multi-stakeholder partnerships.\n\
