DESCRIPTION:Crises and emergencies can present organizations with major cha
 llenges. The specialized EUMA workshop is aimed at disaster and emergency 
 management professionals who want to develop their business continuity man
 agement (BCM) skills. The aim is to develop strategies to maintain essenti
 al business processes even in crisis situations.\n\nThe practice-oriented 
 program combines specialist presentations with interactive learning units.
  Participants will gain valuable insights into central BCM concepts\, lear
 n proven methods for implementation in organizations and projects and find
  out how BCM can be effectively integrated into a company’s overall stra
 tegy.\n\nInterested candidates can apply with the following documents (in 
 English):\nCV (maximum 2 pages)\nLetter of motivation (maximum 1 page)\n
