DESCRIPTION:The Disaster Research Days 2024 (DRD24) will take place from Oc
 tober 8th to 10th in Vienna.\n\nDRD24 intends to advance this discourse by
  bringing together scientists\, practitioners\, risk managers\, policy mak
 ers and local communities. The event will present the latest research and 
 innovative solutions to improve societal resilience. Participants will exc
 hange knowledge\, develop tools and formulate strategies to address the mu
 ltifaceted challenges of disaster risk reduction.\n\nYou can join the Disa
 ster Research Days in Vienna and help shape the future landscape of disast
 er risk reduction science and research.\n\nThe event serves as a key platf
 orm for fostering collaboration\, strengthening partnerships and advancing
