 nternational Day for Disaster Risk Reduction\, this webinar brings togethe
 r perspectives from disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation to disc
 uss progress towards a more climate-resilient Europe.\nThe event will take
  stock of achievements and lessons learned from initiatives such as the Eu
 ropean projects CLIMAAX and CARMINE\, while also looking ahead to the incr
 easing challenges of climate adaptation. A high-level expert panel will ex
 plore how disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation can be better con
 nected to strengthen the resilience of regions on the road to 2030.\nWe ar
 e particularly pleased that Reimund Schwarze\, one of the DKKV’s members
  and a researcher at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research\, wil
