DESCRIPTION:The EUGEO Congress in Barcelona\, September 4-7\, is looking fo
 r papers on the subject: "Integrated Disaster Risk Management for a Resili
 ent Future: Geographical linkages of social\, spatial\, and temporal dimen
 sions" by March 31\, 2023. Geographers and other researchers working at th
 e intersection of environmental and social sciences are invited to submit 
 their papers - empirical or theoretical - on the following topics:\n\n 	In
 tegration of disaster risk management actors: e.g.\, civil society\, acade
 mia and research institutions\, public and private sectors\, among others.
 \n 	Physical and human/social research on hazards and risks\, with focus o
 n integration of different forms of knowledge and practices- Resilience re
 search at different or multiple scales: from local to global\n 	Studies an
 d cases at different or integrated phases of disaster risk management: res
 ponse\, recovery\, reconstruction\, prevention\, preparedness\, and transf
 ormation.\n 	Integration on civil protection\, rescue engineering\, and cr
 itical infrastructure\n\nTo submit a paper\, an abstract (max. 300)\, as w
 ell as the information about the author(s) should be provided. After the s
 ubmission deadline\, the paper will be reviewed by the respective session 
 chair.
